Long Protocol

• Your period comes. You count 21 days and on the 21 day, you come to AKESO for an ultrasound scan to confirm your ovulation.
• If ovulation is confirmed, on the same day you start agonist (Daronda) at a dose of 0,2 ml. Daily, at the same time, always mornings, with very small deviations (± ½ hours). Further instructions for the use and demonstration of how to use it, you will receive from us.
• A week or so after the start of Daronda , your periods come. On day 4 to 5, you come to AKESO for an ultrasound and hormonal check. Make sure to call Akeso the day before to confirm your appointment.
• If the ultrasound scan of your ovaries is good and the hormonal levels (E2, LH, P4) are equally good, the same afternoon you start the treatment of ovarian stimulation with FSH or FSH + LH *. The dose is determined by us upon medical directions. FSH is administered by injection subcutaneously. Every day at a fixed time between 6-10 pm. While continuing treatment with these preparations, you will be coming to AKESO every 2-3 days to do the hormonal checks and ultrasound scans, according to the instructions given to you by us by phone after each visit.
